GENERAL TERMS
These e-Store Terms of Use, hereinafter referred as the "Terms", are applicable to all visitors of the website, regardless of whether they place or do not place order at "SAND MASTERPIECES" e-store, hereinafter referred to as "Customer".

E-store is owned and operated by SIA Deserto (registration number 40103544421, address: O.Vācieša street 47-15, Riga, Latvia, LV-1004), hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".

By using, accessing or placing an order at our e-store Customer accepts and agrees to these terms.

Seller is entitled to modify these Terms at any time.

Mutual relations between Seller and the Customer are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

Unless otherwise stated, all content published on the website is privately owned by SIA Deserto. All rights reserved.


E-STORE ORDER AND PAYMENT
Customer places and order at e-store by finding and choosing desired product, adding to cart, going to checkout, filling in required details (name, surname, delivery address, phone number, e-mail, desired payment and delivery method).

The customer will place an order in the e-store by selecting and adding the desired Goods in the "shopping cart", and giving his / her name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail and payment and delivery method.

Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate details required for order fulfillment. Seller is not responsible for loss and/or damage caused by inaccurate and incomplete Customers details.

Once order is placed and confirmed, Customer will receive e-mail confirmation and validation that will include invoice. If Customer has not received confirmation e-mail within 1 business day, please contact Seller. Once the payment is completed, order is ready to ship 1 – 5 days.


DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TIME
Seller provides delivery at additional cost via Omniva parcel terminals in Latvia.
Seller provides international delivery at additional cost via Latvijas Pasts to the following countries: Lithuania, Estonia, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, USA and Canada.

The estimated delivery time for the ordered Products varies by country, and it may also vary inside a country between different territories. Delivery time is outside of control of Seller.

Orders can also be obtained free of charge at "SAND MASTERPIECES" office if agreed in advance during order placement process. Office address: Riga, O.Vācieša street 47-13.

Order is sent out from our warehouse within 1-5 business days, once placed order is confirmed and Seller has received payment. Client has to specify urgent delivery or delivery on specific date within order before payment.

If the ordered item is not available in our warehouse or if it is not possible to execute order within standard delivery time, order cannot be confirmed and Client will be informed before payment.

When placing order Customer chooses most suitable delivery method:
  1. Delivery to chosen Omniva parcel terminal throughout the Baltics (Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania). Order delivery time is 2-3 business days after the order has been shipped from warehouse. Price depends on the weight and size of the order: Latvia from 3.40 to 5.60 EUR, Lithuani and Estonia from 9.20 EUR.
  2. International delivery. Order delivery time is 7-30 business days after the order has been shipped from warehouse. Price depends on the weight and size of the order: from 6.70 to 26.00 EUR.
Free delivery via Omniva parcel terminal in Latvia for orders of more than 60EUR.

In cases when the order has not been delivered to the Client due to an error by the employees of SIA Omniva or Latvijas Pasts, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the payment of the goods and delivery value after the Seller has received a certificate of loss or compensation from the postal service.


PRODUCT RETURN
Before returning product, Customer must contact Seller within 14 calendar days after the order has been delivered by sending e-mail to smilsuaplikacijas@gmail.com

Customer has right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.  Return of the product is possible only in cases where the appearance of the product is preserved, the full and intact product contents, properties of consumption, its original packaging and labeling.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, Seller has right to refuse to accept a return of sold goods to Customer if the product is not returned in original packaging, packaging is seriously damaged or there are signs of use.
Client has right to return the ordered goods if it has manufacturing defect or the content of the product is incomplete. In this case, the Seller will cover the full amount of the item and delivery costs, or ensure change of the product / addition at his own expense.

Upon returning ordered goods, Customer has right to exchange ordered goods to analogue product or to receive a refund. Seller covers delivery cost only in cases when product has manufacturing defect.


INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property of the e-store (including graphic materials, trademarks, texts, images, video, button icons, data collections, software and layout) is owned by the SIA "Deserto".

Reproduction and copying of the content of the site is permitted only for personal use. Reproduction and copying of the content of the site for other than personal purposes, without written consent of the Seller, is prohibited.


DISCLAIMER
All disputes arising between Seller and Client shall be primarily settled by negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, all disputes arising shall be finally resolved according to laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.


FINAL TERMS
Seller is not responsible for delays or default of obligations arising out of exceptional circumstances and obstacles outside the Seller"s reasonable control, which includes, but is not limited to, strikes, government orders, hostilities or national-level emergencies, environmental or climatic abnormalities, third-party failure, Internet connectivity, and technical issues with communication equipment, computers, and software.

Issues that are not covered by the Seller"s Regulations are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
