These Terms of Use of the e-Store, hereinafter referred to as the "Regulations", apply to all visitors to the website, regardless of whether they perform or do not order the "SMILS APPLICATIONS" e-store, hereinafter referred to as the Customer.

When ordering the Product, the Customer is acquainted with and agrees with the Seller's Terms.

The Seller is entitled to modify the e-Store Terms and Conditions.

The mutual relations between the Seller and the Customer are regulated by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

The customer will place an order in the e-store by selecting and adding the desired Goods in the "shopping cart", and giving his / her name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail, payment and delivery method.

The seller does not verify the personal data of the purchaser or owner of the product and does not assume liability for the damage or damage that may result from the processing of incorrectly specified customer data or shipping information.

A successful confirmation email is sent to the Customer's e-mail with the successful completion of the order, in which the order, contents and other additional information are indicated. If the confirmation email is not received, please contact the Seller. When the order is approved, the Client receives an email informing you that the order has been approved and the invoice is sent to the Client for payment.


The seller provides a payment for all Omnivas packages in Latvia, as well as the delivery of Latvijas Pasts to the following countries: Lithuania, Estonia, Great Britain, Ireland, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, USA and Canada.

The delivery time depends on the region and address of delivery, from the chosen delivery method and does not directly depend on the seller.

Orders can also be obtained free of charge at "SMILS APPLICATION" office - in Riga, O.Vācieša street 47-13, in advance.

If the ordered item is available in our warehouse and the order is approved, then it is sent to the customer within 1-5 business days after receiving the invoice payment. If the order is urgent for the client and it is necessary to receive the order on a specific date, the delivery options and timely request for clarification with the Seller before payment is made.

If the ordered item is not available in our warehouse or it is not possible to execute the order within the standard term, the Client will be informed about it before the invoice is issued and paid.

When you place an order for a customer, you can choose the most appropriate way to receive your order:

  1. Delivery with Omniva packages (only in the Baltic States) - an order for shipment from our warehouse is delivered to the recipient within 2-3 business days. Service price depends on the weight and volume of the order - in Latvia - from 3.40 to 5.60 EUR, Lithuania and Estonia - from 4.00 to 5.50 EUR.
  2. International delivery - the order for shipment from our warehouse is delivered to the recipient within 7-30 business days. This service is provided by Latvijas Pasts. The service price depends on the volume and weight of the order, from 6.70 to 26.00.

Delivery of goods for purchases above 60.00 EUR is free of charge when choosing "Omniva" packaged services in Latvia.

The order is delivered to the Client or the person specified in the Order as the recipient of this Order.

In cases where the Product has not been delivered to the Client due to an error by the employees of SIA Omniva or Latvijas Pasts, the Seller shall reimburse the Customer for the payment of the goods and delivery value after the Seller has received a certificate of loss or compensation from the postal service.


Before returning the item, the Buyer must contact the Seller via e-mail:

The Client has the right to refuse the ordered Goods within 14 days from the receipt of the Goods. Return of the product is possible only in cases where the appearance of the product is preserved, the full and intact product contents, properties of consumption, its original packaging and labeling.

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept a return from the Customer's Product if the Product was not returned in original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged or there are signs of usable use.

The Client has the right to refuse the ordered Goods if it has an industrial defect or the content of the product is incomplete. In this case, the Seller will cover the full amount of the item and the delivery costs, or ensure the change of the product / addition at his own expense.

Upon returning the Goods back, the Customer may exchange it against the analogue Product or receive the returned money. Delivery costs from the Seller are covered if the Product has been an industrial defect.


The content of the site (including graphic materials, images, textual information, video, button icons, data collections, software and layout) is owned by the "Deserto" Ltd.

Reproduction and copying of the content of the site is permitted only for personal use. Reproduction and copying of the contents of the Site for other purposes, without the written consent of the Seller, is prohibited.


In the event of a dispute between the Seller and the Client, they shall be resolved by negotiation. In the event that the dispute can not be resolved through negotiation, they shall be resolved in accordance with the procedure provided for in the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.


The seller is not responsible for delaying or defaulted in obligations arising out of exceptional circumstances and obstacles outside the Seller's reasonable control, which includes, but is not limited to, strikes, government orders, hostilities or national-level emergencies, environmental or climatic abnormalities, third-party failure, Internet connectivity, and technical issues with communication equipment, computers, and software.

Issues that are not covered by the Seller's Regulations are resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
